Home Energy Consultation Facebook AdsĀ 
The strategy used to drive leads is a targeted Facebook ad campaign for the DTE Energy Home Energy Consultation program. The audiences were developed based on past participation in the consultation, starting with the beginning of the program in 2009. Each month, the Facebook ads are targeted to these audiences and filtered by zip codes to separate gas-only customers and customers who receive gas and electric services. Within each of these groups and target segments, ads are A/B tested to allow for optimization and improved results month after month.
